Bill Payment

Eastgate Village Water & Sewer offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payments are due on the 1st of the month.  A $15 late charge is assessed after the 10th of the month.  

By Mail

You may pay your bill by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your coupon to our payment address on this page. 

Online

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, PayStar. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. There is a small convenience fee charged for this option. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located at the side or bottom of this page to get started. 

ACH Debit

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up an ACH Debit, simply download and fill out the Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment via ACH located at the bottom of this page and mail it to our office. Upon receipt and processing of the form, a notice will be mailed to your attention indicating the beginning date for your automatic payments.

Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please consult with your bank for more information.  If you choose this method of payment, please enter your physical address as your account number.  This will allow us to match your payment to your account properly.
